  • In this time of General Community Quarantine (GCQ), the guidelines allow only TEN (10) people to attend mass gatherings. St. Andrew the Apostle Parish is doing its best to comply and will do its part in helping alleviate the spread of the COVID-19 virus by adhering to the guidelines and protocols set by the government.  

  • Conditions:

    1. If you have successfully secured a slot in your desired mass schedule, please proceed to submit your form.

    2. If you are unable to select your desired schedule or you have been blocked out, it means that your chosen schedule has been filled up. You may choose another schedule from the available time slots above. 

    3. If you have been blocked out but still prefer to attend your desired mass schedule, please answer the following questions.
