Staffing Intentions for 2021

Tena Koe, Each year at about this time staff at Bethlehem College are asked to indicate their intentions for the following year. While acknowledging that this has been an exceptional year for everyone, it is important to keep this practice so that good planning for teaching staff can be done in time for a new year of learning. That is the practical reason. This request is also an invitation for all of us to prayerfully reflect on our place in this community and to consider again our calling to the work of teaching and formation at Bethlehem College. Serving and modelling Jesus at Bethlehem College is a calling. Shaping those in our care who are made in His image is a privilege and a responsibility. We thank you for your committed engagement to the vision and mission of this College in 2020 and ask you to use the holiday break to be refreshed in mind, spirit, and soul, and prayerfully consider your intentions for 2021. Thank you again for your partnership in our work of transformational education.
