Due to the breakout of the pandemic COVID-19, we had to make some updates on the summer camp regulations. To attend the summer camp, here are the new regulations:
- Before traveling to the campground and getting on the transportation vehicle, all campers must be screened by an identified authority including a temperature check.
- No one may attend the camp under the following conditions:
- Such person experiences the symptoms of the Coronavirus, including but not limited to the most known fever, cough, trouble at breathing, sore throat, chills, itching, loss of taste or smell, etc..
- Such person has conducted with another one who has experienced ant of the mentioned symptoms in the last 14 days.
- Such a person has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
- Such person has conducted with another one who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
- Such person has traveled internationally in the last 14 days.
- Such person has conducted with another one who has traveled internationally in the last 14 days.
- Once campers arrive at the campsite, all campers must be screened again by the authority before anyone is settled down, and in case of any exposure to the Coronavirus, no one on the same vehicle should be allowed to pass to the campground.
- All campers must be screened daily by the authority. The authority has the right to make multiple checks in the same if see fit.
- Some limitations on visiting will be applied in the camp.
- Visitors must inform the authority at least 1 day before their visit.
- All precautions that are applied to the campers will be applied to visitors, too.
- Everyone in the campground must follow the hygiene rules.
- Each camper must have their own hand sanitizers.
- Each camper must wear a mask on group meetings.
- Although the very nature of camping makes the social distancing impossible, the social distancing of at least 4 feet must be preserved.
