Hello, you are receiving this invitation because you or someone in your household has a part for this coming mid-week meeting.  It has been recommended by the branch that we have a brief meeting so the AV crew can help assist with camera positioning and work out any issues that may come up prior to the meeting day.

Though this is not a mandatory meeting it is highly recommended, and should only last 15 minutes at the most.
