Money, jewels and other valuables brought to La Isha are at the guest's sole risk. La Isha staff and management will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. As a guest at La Isha Retreat located at 444 Hope Chapel Road in the Township of Lakewood, NJ and a parent utilizing the child care services for my newborn(s) throughout the duration of my stay, I agree to release and hold harmless La Isha Retreat and any of its employees from any and all claims, demands, suits, cost, and charges in connection with my stay or in connection or arising out of the child care provided for my infant(s) during my stay, including, but not limited to, bodily harm or injury to either myself or my child. La Isha does not provide medical care and will not make any medical decision for either the guest or her child(ren). I understand that the child care professionals referred to as “baby nurses”, or “nurses”, are non-accredited and are not medically trained personnel. As a guest at La Isha Retreat located at 444 Hope Chapel Road in the Township of Lakewood, NJ and a parent utilizing the child care services for my newborn(s), I understand that in the event of a medical emergency to myself necessitating hospitalization, my baby will be cared for in the nursery for up to 12 hours. If I am unable to care for my child after that time, I authorize La Isha staff to release my child to the care of my husband or emergency contact, or the care giver he designates. I have been given a copy of the La Isha Guest Handbook which includes policy guidelines at La Isha. These Guidelines are designed to ensure the safety and enhance the guest experience at La Isha. The guidelines are considered a part of the La Isha reservation agreement. As a guest at La Isha, by reading and signing my registration I am agreeing to abide by these guidelines. I hereby give La Isha permission to utilize photographs of myself and/or my baby for display in all La Isha promotional literature, advertising and all internet website locations for an indefinite period of time. Regardless of the method of payment, I agree that I am personally liable for all costs and charges incurred during my stay at La Isha. In the event that any such costs and charges are not paid in full, I confirm that my responsibility and liability in that regard is not waived or released in any way including any collection or attorney fees associated with collecting these charges. I authorize La Isha to charge my credit card that is on file for any unpaid or additional charges incurred in accordance with La Isha booking and cancellation policy.

La Isha reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay of any guest who does not abide by its social distancing criteria, has withheld medial information, or breaks any La Isha policy.

If you have received a commitment from “sponsors,” we will only wait up to 21 days to receive payment. After 21 days, we will charge the credit card that was used to pay your reservation deposit. If you wish to put a different credit card on file, please see the front desk to make other arrangements.
