Booking a job:
Right click on this link and open in new tab - https://keysportal.co.uk/login
1. Create order, at top right hand side
2. Select category of job
3. Select campaign as per CRM record (Dr Locksmith/Stickers/KEYS247)
4. Add customer name and telephone n# (number should be one we can contact them on right now)
5. Add postcode, confirm full address when it populates
6. If job is for within the hour, mark status as OPEN
7. If job is for after the hour, mark status as SCHEDULED and schedule on calendar
8. Update description box with the following text amending red text as applicable:
Front door lock replacement. Quoted £xx as a start price + lock + additional labour. Householder is not self isolating.

Rebooking the job:
- Ask them for their postcode
- Go to the portal
- Find their job
- Reschedule the job
- Update the caller
- Update the description
- Set status as scheduled (if it is more than an hour away)
Cancelling the booking:
- If the booking was made within the last 15 mins, we can cancel the booking
- If the booking was made more than 15 mins ago, there may be a charge of £36 as the Locksmith is enroute
THEN
- Go into the portal and cancel the job
- If the job was within the hour, please call the oncall Locksmith
- An email message must be sent to from the Incus system as well
"I can check with the relevant team member regarding your enquiry, may I take some details please"
- ETA - take name and post code - CALL THROUGH TO PERSON BELOW, UPDATE PORTAL TO INDICATE CHASE HAS BEEN MADE
- PAYMENT - take invoice number/job number/date of job - SEND MSG
- PAYMENT URGENT - If corp client, please advise "we can address this for you no problem, let me try and transfer you now, but in case we get disconnected may I take some details please"
