Are all personnel on site adhering to the '2 metre' social-distancing government ruling?
Are there any exceptions to the 2m rule and if so, how is this being managed?
Are the Operatives aware of and practicing the ‘2m Step Out – Step In’ rule when required?
Do any personnel on site have or display symptoms of COVID - 19
Is there an adequate supply of hand sanitizer available on site?
Are all personnel wearing disposable gloves whilst conducting work activities?
If hand sanitizer is not available, are there sufficient alternatives available?
Are disposable gloves available on site e.g. latex, vinyl etc?
Is sufficient RPE available on site e.g. FFP2/FFP3 masks etc. to be utilised If & when required?
Are all personnel following government guidelines on transmission prevention e.g. washing hands thoroughly & often?
Are all personnel occupying separate rooms when accommodation is required i.e. one person per room?
