Use this form to book 1 hour time slots in the fitness centre.
Please note that only residents listed in our system will be able to reserve and use the gym.

4. Do you or a member of your household/roommate(s) have any signs or symptoms of respiratory or flu-like illness, or have had signs or symptoms in the past 14 days?*
