Due to COVID-19 and the current state of things, we must rethink how we approach life, including our Girl Scout world. For many families--especially for kids--the need to maintain connections to things they love is more important than ever. Kids have dealt with the loss of so many activities they hold dear, including connecting with their Girl Scout friends. It's time to consider how we can begin to do that again safely.
At a minimum, all Covid-19 safety protocols, as outlined by our local Girl Scout council, the state, and counties will be put into place.
Our troop is looking at options that will allow every Girl Scout and family in our troop to participate in a way they feel comfortable with. We do not wish to exclude anyone from participating. To make the best decisions on how to accommodate all girls as we start meeting up again, we need to know what each family is comfortable with. Please help by responding to the following questions.
