In the event of defaulting this condition, I shall forfeit the guarantee and bear all legal consequences I undertake to the overstay fine/s imposed by the immigration.
2. I am solely responsible for his/her travel and fine that may be imposed by the Authorities.
3. I shall be held responsible for all his/her actions and activities during his/her stay in the U.A.E.
MPQ TRAVEL AND TOURISM has the right to take legal action against if visitor activities are deemed prejudice its interests or UAE law.
