List all courses that you will be officially registering for with all information requested. (Over 18 credits, need the permission of the Provost)

When choosing your classes please use the 2020 Fall Schedule as some classes may require you to be on campus.

* Courses will be on campus in classroom labs
* Courses will require personal transportation for social distancing
* Courses will be field placement by permission in a community facility

$350 fee applies to all nursing students each semester
