All contracts are final and deposits are non-refundable. Events will only be refunded or rescheduled if 7 calendar days or more from the event date. Bumperz will try to accommodate requested dates for rescheduling to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee availability for requested dates. In the event Bumperz needs to reschedule, we will work with the client to mutually agree upon dates. Any event that is not cancelled prior to the event date, will be expected to pay in full and Bumperz will not be held liable for future event dates from that point forward.
You are expected to give final numbers for catering at least 3 business days prior to your event date. Any changes with less notice are not guaranteed. Due to food orders, you may not take your catering number down within three business days of your event. You are allowed to bring in your own cake and ice cream but must also provide the disposables to accompany it. All other food and beverage must be purchased through Bumperz unless mutually agreed upon in your contract as any other items are prohibited. Catering that is left from your event may be taken with you, however, Bumperz does not guarantee any food after it is removed from the party room and you as the client assumes all responsibility for anything consumed after your event.
Changes can be made to your contact to include additional amenities, counts, space adjustments, etc. Any adjustments will be made and sent to you, the client, with updated pricing. If you do not receive any documentation of adjustments, there will be no changes to your original contract.
You may pre-purchase a hosted bar for your event. Bumperz will require a bar minimum for these occasions and you may not take alcohol off the premises that has not been consumed. You may NOT bring alcohol into the facility for your event. Anyone who chooses to do so will be asked to leave and any monies lost as a result will not be refunded.
In the event of an act of God, natural disaster, or inclement weather, that requires Bumperz to close unexpectedly, please note that your event may be affected. In these rare but possible circumstances, Bumperz will notify you immediately and work to reschedule or refund your event in full but will not be held liable for any additional incurred costs on your behalf.
