  • PRICING

    There is a mandatory application fee of $25 dollars. That fee allows you in Mule Acres/Cryptid Trails vendor network, and will have first dibs on future events hosted at Mule Acres and Barn on Bear Creek.

     *Electricity is a $35.00 charge. Any third use of an outlet is an Additional Charge of $5 for one plug, $10 Surge protector (two or more plugs).

  • RULES

  • *Please Read Before Proceeding Before applying for your space at the Crptid Trails event, please be aware of additional vending requirements: 


    Vendor Rules/Regulations & Payment Options/Inform: 

    1. Payment is required by August 16, 2021, and is non-refundable. 
    2. Cryptid Trails nor its managing partners are not responsible for any goods or person(s) during the event. 
    3. Outside Vendors need to bring their tent, table, chairs, etc... Available spaces are 10 X 10, 10 X 20. 
    4. We try to keep vendors to only one vendor of the same type or company for the best profits. There may be some overlap with handmade craft items such as artisan products, fabric, jewelry, or other handmade items). 
    5. Vendors must donate 5 items to Cryptid Trails for door prizes and/or giveaways for guests, cast or crew. Products would help cross promote vendor during the event.
    6. The fee is non-refundable as our event risks rainouts. Our event will commence rain or shine but if a rainout occurs you will be notified by the Vendor Rep or Operation Director. 
    7. You must be set up & ready by 6 PM & must stay until the event has completely closed and guests have cleared from the space. If you are not set up by 6 PM, a $20 late set fee will be added to your booth fee. The Director of operations, Production manager, and/or vendor rep on duty can approve a vendor to close down after event closure.
    8. You are responsible for your setup and clean-up of your area after the event, removing your items & trash including outside. 
    9. Vendors must furnish all needed equipment & supplies. Electricity can be provided if needed for an additional charge. 
    10. We expect all vendors to promote this event to the best of their ability, by hanging posters, posting on social media using the #cryptidtrails hashtag, email blasting your network, inviting on our Facebook event page, etc. 
    11. No political items can be sold, displayed, or worn at our events.
    12. Vendors who are going to miss a particular Cryptid Trails market day(s), must notify the Vendors Rep before Tuesday at 10 PM. Notice after 10 PM Tuesday before an event or will be charged a Late Cancel Fee of $20. Vendors will be charged a $40 fee to re-enter the market if they miss a market date without any notice.
    13. Vendors are responsible for any costs associated with damage to the facility, including the parking lot, grass, fence, or pavilion that they have caused. A Vendor representative should be notified immediately.
    14. All vendors must adhere to sanitary procedures for selling produce and value-added items. All vendors must dress appropriately. Shoes and shirts are required. Vendors who provide samples and/or products that will result in waste material, such as cups, rinds, and corn cobs, must provide their containers for waste disposal.
    15. Smoking and or drinking alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the market/venue.
    16. Vendors who choose to bring children to the market are asked to ensure that the conduct of the minors is appropriate and not disruptive to customers or other vendors.
    17. Pricing of goods sold at the market is the sole responsibility of the individual vendor. Fraudulent, dishonest, or deceptive merchandising or collusion to set prices among vendors may be grounds for forfeiture of the right to do business at the market.
    18. It is the responsibility of each vendor to abide by all state and federal regulations that govern the sampling, production, labeling, or safety of the product the vendor offers for sale at the market. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the vendor’s booth. If you have any questions on this matter, please speak with the Vendor Rep, the Tennessee Department of Agriculture Regulatory Services, or the Maury County Health Department. All processed foods must comply with all applicable state and federal health and safety regulations. Proper labeling must be used as defined by the proper authority. Documentation of certified scales must be displayed in the booth. Proper labeling about organically grown produce must be displayed.
    19. All vendors must provide proof of General Liability coverage at a minimum of $1,000,000. A current Certificate of Insurance must remain on file with the Mule Acres. Mule Acres 2000 Donra Way Columbia TN 380401 must be added as an additional insured and noted in the additional remarks on the COI.
    20. Please read the Covid Guidelines attached to the following email or posted in the Vendor Group on Facebook.

  • Terms And Conditions of Registration

    Dealer understands that the Dealer Parking; is located on the access road and or staff parking. For all trailers and large trucks, passenger vehicles only in the Dealer Parking area, for those Dealers that require their trailers to be close to the selling area rental spaces are available for an additional charge.


    I have read and understand the rules and policies of “Cryptid Trials Market” and ensure that I will inform any staff or partners of “Cryptid Trails” rules and policies. I also understand that all booths must be paid, before the reservation deadline, and no vendor will be allowed on the grounds without proper passes. Vendors failing to abide by the rules and policies of the Cryptid Trails can be fined, and/or not allowed to return for future shows.
