    Choose the Card you want to buy on this form. If you purchase the card number that is the Joker you will win 50% of the proceeds for that deck, and the other 50% is profit for your event. If no one purchases the Joker ithen 100% of the proceeds for that deck is profit. Please pay by etransfer to or mail a cheque payable to **** and mail to **** - this information will also be available on the confirmation invoice you will receive by email. All purchases must be paid for by to qualify to win.

  • Step 1 - Choose Your Card Number

    You can only choose 1 card per visit. If it says 1 available beside the card number you can chose to purchase it. Other cards that say Sold Out beside the card number, have already been purchased. If you would like to purchase more than one card, you can play the game again as often as you like. Payment will be by etransfer or sending a cheque and must be completed by *date and time* to be eligible to win. Details on how to send payment will be on the confirmation and invoice emails you will receive.

  • Step 2 - Indicate the Decks Where You Purchased Cards

    This is for the Billing Information. It will also record which cards you chose from Step 1.
