Inspection
Before we proceed in installing the lenses in your frame, we need to carefully inspect it. We have the right to refuse the service if we found out that the frame has any issues that might cause problems in the future.
Payment Policy
If you're going to use your own frame, then you will be charged for the lens part and the installation. We do have an installment option. Our payment methods are cash, check credit card or bank transfer.
Return Policy
You have the right to return the lens within 30 days of purchase and we'll process a full refund of the product price. Also, the installation fee will not be refunded. We will let you know if there'll be a fee for removing the lens on the frame. Please take note that the shipping and taxes will not be refunded, just the actual price of the lens.
Warranty Policy
We provide a 1-year warranty for the lens. If the lens was removed from the frame, we'll cover it. Please be aware that we do not cover physical damage, accidental damage, natural disaster, etc.
Accident or Physical Damage
You can avail of the accidental or physical damage warranty. The process is that you'll be sending first the product to our depot/repair center for review. Once approved, we'll fix it.
Waiver of Responsibility
Installing lens in the patient's own frame has risks. ABC Eye Care will not be responsible for any damage that happens during the lens installation.
