Consultations: There is a $50 non-refundable fee for consultations. By selecting this service, you are provided with a 1-on-1 session to discuss what silhouette/style you want to achieve, fabric selection, and custom measurements. This guarantees you the perfect fit for your garment. If you decide not to book, no worries. Your fee will cover the cost of the consultation. 

If you’re someone who doesn’t require custom measurements, you’re able to order our ready to wear pieces in all standard sizes: Small, Medium, Large, XLarge. 

Booking: When you're ready to book, a 50% deposit is required. All deposits are refundable (minus the consulation fee) for 72 hours from the date the deposit is made. After that, the process of creating your custom garment will begin and changes cannot be made. The remaining balance is due prior to release of your garment  

Cancellation Policy and Miscellaneous Fees: No refunds will be provided and cancellations aren't accepted once work begins. If alterations to a custom item is needed due to weight gain/loss, this will be considered a major change. If additional materials and labor are required, an alteration's fee will be applied to the original quote.

No Show Policy: After completion, your garment will be stored for a maximum of 14 business days. After 14 business days, you are in agreement to forfeit your item and payments made. 

Timeframe: The turnaround time for your custom piece can take 4-6 weeks depending on the garment. The timeframe will be communicated if it takes more or less time.

Rush Fees: There are some instances where I may be able to create a garment within a short period of time depending on the item. Please reach out to me with your date and we can go over pricing for short notice requests.

By submitting payment for your deposit, you are in full agreement of the terms and conditions aforementioned and understand no refunds, transfers, or returns will be provided.
