The "User" is the person who is applying to have the right of temporary use of the vehicle for the specified period or until requested. All applications will be reviewed and considered within 24 hours and are subject to approval or denial for some risky individual. A insurance certificate, the usage payments and a security deposit maybe be required to take possession of the vehicle. The User is responsible for all basic service costs and vehicle cleanup, including any costs incurred that can be attributed to neglect or misuse of the vehicle. The conditions of the insurance policy for the vehicle is to be complied with if accidents, theft, and damage associated with theft occur. Accidents are to be reported to the police within 24 hours if damage has occurred or a person has been injured. User shall be responsible for damage, repair or any third party liabilities in its, or their, entirety, including. USE The vehicle is to be driven on properly constructed road surfaces in good condition or on leveled-off road surfaces only. The vehicle shall not be driven by any person other than the user. - The User is responsible for all fees and fines (including, but not limited to, speeding tickets, parking tickets, etc.) relating to use of vehicles. INSURANCE The User will pay all personal insurance fees and provide proof of current driver’s insurance. In addition, the User is to provide a letter to the Owner’s insurance company any proof of personal insurance, endorsement or add owner as additional insured. - We reserve the full right to accept or to decline any request at any time and with any reason and applicant waive the Company from any liability, errors or omissions and agree to compensate the company for any damages.- USER (applicants) accepts all liabilities and fees involved with this services, vehicle involved. And USER (applicants) agree to pay and/or reimburse the company" any unpaid fees, charges, collection and legal fees, plus reasonable compensation permitted by law. "The owner" cannot be held liable for any loss or damages beyond our basic liability described in this agreement. Violators of our terms and conditions will be PROSECUTED for intent of fraud, extortion, libel or theft of services.
