    I am so excited to bring you a MANI OF THE MONTH CLUB!!! Whoop Whoop! How it works... Each month I will only have 15 spots and you will fill out this quick form and I will custom pick 1-2 mystery sets (depending on which price you choose at the bottom). Each order will come with 1-2 sets, 3-8 goodies, 1 discount scratch off card and 1 bingo board for when I do Bingo LIVE where 2 ladies will win 1 FREE set EACH! ALSO each month when you fill out this form you will be given a 1 times chance to add on unlimited sets to your Mani of the Month for only $9 each! shipping will be $3 flat regardless of the size you choose! Forms must be filled out by Wednesday, October 21st and Paid by the Friday, October 23rd in order to customize your order to be shipped out on Friday, October 30th!
