A TREASURE GEM Ambassador is an affiliated person of Unforgettable Treasure LLC whom helps to promote Unforgettable Treasure Beauty and the brand’s message consistently through one's personal social media platforms & word of mouth.

Our ambassador program comes with: 

A 20% off Personal Discount Code.
A 10% off Public Discount Code.
Every 10 times that your Public Discount Code is used, you will get $30 back in cash to your preferred payment account.
A Welcome Gift in the mail.
Occasional free merchandise when the opportunity arises. This isn't guaranteed, but occasionally if we have extra merchandise or new merchandise sometimes we will add it into your order as a surprise. 

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS OF ME BECOMING AN AMBASSADOR?
To help us grow our message & reach more women and men that our message would benefit:

Actively spread our message by posting quality posts about our brand via your Instagram page and stories with at least 4 Savage Babe-related IG posts each month.

Create new Launch-related posts on your social platform.
Collaboration/Giveaway-related posts.
Helping us promote upcoming launches on your social media page.
Attending the ambassador meet & greet video meeting.
Promoting your discount code on your social media pages.
When we host collaborations/giveaways, ambassadors are expected to help promote it on their social media platforms to help drive audiences over to it.
Helping us at expos (if and when the circumstance allow - i.e. financially, time-wise, etc…).
Unfortunately, our ambassador program does not pay for travel & room/board expenses to expos and/or events, so depending on where the expo is located, and if you are an ambassador and are able to make the expo or event, we would love for you to join us at our booth! 

I. INTRODUCTION
This contract was made on __________ (Date). This contract is between the__________ (Influencer) and Unforgettable Treasure LLC (Advertiser).

II. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The advertiser and the influencer acknowledge the terms of this Contract and will comply.

III. TERMS
This contract will begin on December 2020 and will end on April 2021. A new contract will be created for renewal of term.

IV. PAYMENT FEES
A. The total payment will be $30 every 10 times your public discount code is used.
B. Payment will be made by Cash App, Zelle, or Paypal.
C. The payment should be made during the campaign.
D. The influencer will be liable for paying appropriate taxes.

V. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
A. The influencer should create original content which is decent, honest, and factual.
B. An approval from the advertiser is only neccessary before uploading the content if content is not relatable, any volgar lanaguage, bad quality, and missing tags and mentions of Unforgettable Treasure LLC. 
C. The approved created content will be shared by the influencer to his/her social media accounts listed below:

D. Unforgettable Treasure LLC can request to the influencer to add tags, links, or titles in the description of the uploaded media.

E. The content should be compliant with the terms and conditions of the social media platform being used.

F. The content should not contain any vulgar language and should be suited for everyone.

G. The influncer's social media page they wish to use for content of our products must be public for Unforgettable Treasure LLC to have visual of the content, be able to repost, and customer engagement.

VI. COPYRIGHT
Unforgettable Treasure LLC will own the copyright of the uploaded media. However, both parties are allowed to share it to their own respective channels.

VII. CONFIDENTIALITY
This contract is strictly confidential and only authorized persons are allowed to see.

VIII. AMENDMENT
This contract can only be changed or modified through the written consent of both parties (Advertiser and Influencer).

IX. GOVERNING LAW
This contract shall be governed under the laws of Florida, United States.

X. SIGNATURES
We, the undersigned, agreed that we have read this contract and bounded by its terms and conditions.
