11. I understand that unacceptable conduct at The Youth Connection or at a partner training or worksite will cause me to be sent home, lose all or part of my stipend/paycheck or incentives and may result in dismissal from the program. Unacceptable conduct includes, but is not limited to: using profanity or other derogatory/demeaning language, fighting, illegal activity; theft, destruction of property, insubordination; excessive horse playing or goofing around, or inappropriate sexual conduct. 12. I understand that once I arrive to TYC for any program activities, I am not allowed to leave the premises for any reason until I am dismissed by TYC staff. I also understand I am not allowed to leave my assigned training site or worksite, for any reason, without permission from my supervisor, if I am over 18. If I am under 18, I understand I am not allowed to leave my worksite without permission from my supervisor AND parent. I further understand I must obtain permission in writing from my parent, in advance. This includes leaving for meals and snacks.
13. I understand I am expected to wear appropriate attire and be groomed daily. If I do not follow this rule, I may be sent home. Complete dress code requirements are discussed during orientation.
14. I agree to display honesty and integrity at all times. I will respect all The outh onnection (TYC) staff, chaperones, training partners, other participants and assigned supervisors, regardless of my or their age, race or gender. I further agree to listen and follow all rules and regulations of TYCCA Program and the rules and regulations of my assigned worksite(s).
