General Information Regarding Employment
If you are hired by All Team, you will be our employee and all compensation will be paid by All Team. You will report to our Client’s Supervisor and must be willing to follow their instructions. If you have a problem with what the Client is requesting, you are to report it to your All Team Supervisor and not confront the Client Supervisor.

- Don’t call our office. If you have any concern about any detailed issue relating to work, raise a “CONSERN FORM” kept in the office. We will respond within four working days from the date form was received.
Notifying us of your availability to work
- If you didn’t get any shift for some time, text us your availability.
Securing Assignments
- Respond to the text you received from us (we will text you the details of shifts)
- Once accepted, don’t walk off the assignment before the shifts end, or not returning to complete a scheduled job without prior notice and approval from All Team you will be subject to the Federal Abandonment Law and have your pay dropped to the Federal Minimum wage for the hours you actually worked. NO CALL + NO SHOW = NO JOB
Attendance and Tardiness
- Be on (or before) time as tardiness can lead to the removal from assignments and possible termination from All Team.
- If you are unable to make an assignment you accepted you must text our office as soon as possible.
Extended Work Assignments
- If, while on assignment, the client requests you stay beyond the originally scheduled end time, you text All Team to notify them of the extension and ensure you pay of said time.
Uniforms
- You must report to duty in clean and tidy uniform.
Comb your hairs properly.
Don’t carry bags while reporting on duty as many places don’t allow.
Time Cards Procedure
- You must keep track of your own time and breaks on an All Team timecard.
- You must fill out your time card neatly and properly, sign the employee signature line and have the client supervisor sign on their line too.
- It is your responsibility to track your hours and record accurately on the time card, make sure your time card is in our office by noon on Monday.
- You must use a new time card for each client that you may work in any given payroll period. You may use one time card if you are working for the same client for several days or all week.
Paychecks
- All Team employees are paid weekly. Our pay period begins Monday and ends on Sunday.
- All employees (except assigned to Aramark) are paid by the 2 Monday after your assignment
- Aramark assigned employees are paid by the 3 Monday after your assignment
- Contact your local branch for times you may pick it up.
- Check collection by 3 party: If you want someone to pick your check up for you, you must send in a written authorization prior naming the person authorized to pick it up. You must also call us on the day the authorized person will be coming by. They must have proper ID with them.
- Check sent by mail: If you would like your check mailed, sign below stating we are not responsible for postal delivery time and any stop payment on a check mailed after 10 business days will cost you a $30.00 stop payment fee and be deducted from the reissued check. Checks not picked up in 90 days will be voided. Checks will be reissued when you notify us and we verify with bank it was not cashed.
Work Rules and Regulations
When on an assignment you are a representative of All Team. All Team is judged by your attitude, appearance and your performance. As an employee you must agree to the following:
- Arrive early enough to meet your Supervisor at the start time. Plan ahead for traffic, parking, direction, etc. issues
- Take breaks only with client’s approval.
- Do not use your cell unless on a break period
- Leave all bags and back packs at home or secured in your vehicle
- Have ID and any certification cards on you at all times
- Complete your shift leaving only when directed and with a signed time card from the supervisor
- Refrain from profanity, obscene gestures or harassment of others
- Stay at your assigned station. Do not wander around the client location
- Ask if you are unsure what you should be doing
- Eat only when instructed by Client
- Cover all tattoos and remove all jewelry except for a wedding band
Workers’ Compensation
As an employee of All Team, you are covered under Worker’s Compensation for injury while on assignment. To ensure you get proper coverage you must:
- Report immediately to your supervisor and also to us any accident while on job
- Seek medical attention either through our provider or one of your choice.
- You All Team Manager will tell you which one you are permitted to use.
- Submit to a drug and alcohol test within 24 hours of accident
- Follow medical instructions
- Complete all paperwork deemed necessary by All Team
All Team and its insurance carrier will fully investigate any and all claims. Both parties will prosecute any false claims to the full extent of the law. Our insurance carrier will seek Light Duty Work, if recommended by Doctor. I authorize All Team to request and obtain all records regarding accident, injury, or occupational disease involving myself and All Team. This is to include doctor’s reports, follow-up reports, nurse’s notes, medical bills, test results etc. A faxed or copy of this original authorization shall be considered as effective and valid as the original.
Drug and/or Alcohol Testing
I understand and agree, upon a request made under the drug/alcohol policy of All Team to submit to a drug and/or alcohol test. I understand I must pass this
test to be hired by All Team. I understand I will need to submit to a drug test immediately after a workplace injury. If I refuse to submit to the test or fail the
test, I will be subject to immediate termination. I also authorize All Team to disclose any results of such tests to any government entity or All Team client I
worked for in a legal proceeding or audit. I hold harmless All Team from any and all lawsuits, proceedings, claims, or caused of action, including loss of
employment, or from any action or inaction of All Team or its clients that might arise as a result of the testing.
Accident Procedure
If hurt while on assignment, you must call the All Team office or emergency phone. You must stay at the job site until an All Team manager arrives unless it
is a life threating emergency and then call 911. All Team will investigate the accident, talk to witnesses and fill out a First Report of Injury form. The All
Team manager will drive the employee to a healthcare center and speak with the administrator to have you taken care of. A drug test will be administered in
every accident that occurs while on assignment. I understand and will follow these procedures if I am ever injured at work.
Transportation Release
All Team expects you to supply your own transportation to and from work assignments. If All Team offers to supply any transportation it is being done solely for your financial interest and the necessity of you earning an income. You will not be paid for any travel time and only hours actually worked at Client
location. You agree to release All Team of any and all liability associated with any provided transportation to or from a job site and you acknowledge
transportation was supplied for your benefit.
Sexual Harassment
Any employee who feels he/she is a victim of sexual harassment should report it to his/her All Team manager. It is the policy of All Team to investigate any
and all claims of Sexual Harassment reported. Any employee who accuses any other employee of client of sexual harassment should not fear retaliation from
the company or any other employee for lodging a complaint. After a fair and objective investigation, if harassment has occurred, the harasser will be dealt
with and terminated if the behavior continues.
All Team Employee
I understand that I will be an employee of All Team and will be placed on an assignment by assignment basis. I understand I will not be an employee of any
of All Team’s clients and will not be entitled to any of the client’s benefit plans, policies or programs. I will receive all pay from All Team and will not be
paid by any of All Team’s clients.
