1. The rate charged is appropriate to the buses trip and capacity. Requested variation to the bus from that originally quoted is dependant on availability and any change in cost.
2. The Company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to property left in the bus. Passengers leaving property in the buses do so at their own risk. Any items that are found will be kept in our office for seven days for safekeeping. After this period, we reserve the right to donate or dispose of the items accordingly.
3. Smoking OR Vaping is not permitted on the bus.
4. The consumption of alcohol is permitted on the bus, however guests must remain respectable towards the bus at all times.
5. The Hirer is responsible for their guests at all times.
6. Depending on the hire there is an expected level of cleaning. If a greater level of cleaning is required you may be required to pay for this. If one of your group is sick on the bus there will be a minimum $100 cleaning charge.
7. The Hirer is liable for the full cost of any willfull or reckless damage that occurs to the bus over the duration of the hire. Any damage to the bus caused by the passengers will be charged to the hirer and the hirer will take responsibility to pay for these repairs and seek compensation from the person concerned.
8. Insurance excess for the bus is $2000.00.
9. The driver will be required to supply their drivers licence on the day/before the bus is to be taken. A hire agreement will also be completed at the time of the hire, you will be given a copy of this.
10. You will receive the bus full of diesel, this is to be returned full of diesel. If it is not returned full we will invoice you the cost of the diesel plus a $15.00 admin fee.

A $100 deposit maybe required to confirm your bus hire if Roadrentals or Event Bus Charters & Tours recieve an inquiry for the same date, this is non-refundable.
If you do need to cancel your booking please do so well before the booking date. Bookings that are cancelled within 48 hours of your hire will be charged to the at the full value of the hire.
Full payment of hire is required on collection with the exception of km's travelled which will be emailed to you on return and due within 7 business days, we take cash, eftpos, bank deposit, and all major credit cards.
A credit card number is required to hold against your hire, no money will be taken from the card upfront it is used as security in the case of damage, cleaning charges or no shows and cancellations. Please provide below.
