Consent to Search Form

I have been informed of my constitutional right to not consent to the warrantless search and for which they shall be required to obtain a search warrant from a competent court prior to conducting of any search to the above-mentioned property or premises. I have likewise been informed that I have the right to stop the search at any time as long as they are not in possession of a warrant granted by a competent court.

Given the pronouncements above, I am signing this instrument in expressly waiving my constitutional right against warrantless searches and seizures and certifying my consent for the search to be conducted by the above-named law enforcer(s) in absence of a warrant and to seize any evidence found by them. I hereby declare that the consent or permission is given by me freely and voluntarily without any threat, coercion, promises, duress or intimidation, whether express or implied.
