BACKGROUND
- The Client is of the opinion that the contractor has the necessary experience and abilities to provide the agreed services to the Client
- The Contractor is agreeable to providing such services to the Client on the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
In consideration of the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this agreement, the Client and Contractor agree as follows:
SERVICES PROVIDED:
The Client hereby agrees to engage the Contractor to provide the Client with the following services:
- Set up sales funnels used to generate leads for the Client.
- Set up and monitor Facebook advertising for the Client.
- Campaign and Ad spend Management for the Client
- Instant Lead Delivery (Email, Google Sheet, Text (if Applicable) and Auto Responder (If Applicable)
- Daily Snippet Reports inside Clickup
- Once A week Full Video Report
- Any other services which the Parties may agree on.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
- The term of this agreement will begin on the date of this agreement and will remain in full force and effect indefinitely until terminated as provided in this agreement.
- This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party.
CURRENCY
- All monetary amounts referred to in this agreement are in CURRENCY.
PAYMENT
- The Contractor will charge the Client for the services at the rate stated at the bottom of this agreement.
- The first payment will be charged immediately, and recurring payments will automatically be taken monthly on an ongoing basis.
- The Contractor will provide monthly email invoices to the Client for tax purposes.
CONFIDENTIALITY
In order to avoid ‘client-poaching’ and from other competitors to copy the Client’s marketing strategies, all information relating to the Client’s business will be kept completely confidential, unless agreed otherwise. This refers to the business name, employees’ personal information, along with any data or information including, but not limited to, accounting records, business processes and client records
