A reminder for physical distancing has been placed in conspicuous places in the company premises (ex. front desk, doors, walls) Protective glasses acting as barriers are placed between work stations Work stations that were close have been adjusted to ensure proper distancing has been complied with Have considered employing shifting arrangements in order to minimize the number of employees in the office Have established an online meeting venue including using applications such as Zoom or Google Meet for conducting meetings Setting up cashless transactions and developed an e-invoicing systems for contactless business activities Have placed floor markers as reminders for ensuring physical distance from one another Has appointed a person to oversee that everyone complies with the required policies in ensuring mitigation and prevention of the spread of COVID-19

HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS
Hand sanitizing stations are placed in entry and exit points of the workplace Toilets and Bathrooms are properly supplied with paper towels and/or toilet papers Soap and Water are readily available Workers and employees are reminded periodically to avoid touching their faces, sneezing into their elbow, and staying at home if feeling sick Instructing workers and employees not to touch or be in physical contact with another person, including prohibition on hand shaking, or unnecessarily touching objects Putting reminders in place for customers to maintain physical distancing, avoiding physical contact, and sneezing into their elbows Putting a notice to avoid unnecessary touching of products that they do not intend to buy Have periodical reminders to ensure proper hygiene such as washing hands periodically Frequented areas by visitors and personnel is periodically sanitized and disinfected Commonly touched areas and surfaces are disinfected periodically

STAFF MONITORING
Have included in signs the identifying symptoms of COVID-19 Reminds or includes in the sign boards about hotlines to contact in case one has symptoms of COVID-19 Workers and staff are aware of the notification process in the workplace if they are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, have been within the proximity of one who is infected or suspected to be infected with COVID-19 Workers are aware and put in to practice the applicability of privacy laws in relation to sharing and using of personal information

PREPARATION AND PLANNING
