Delivery and Set-up

Delivery and Set-up will be the night before the event after 6 PM or between 5 AM-9 AM on the day of the event. **Time depends on our delivery schedule.**

Please let us know if you have a preference for the time of delivery.

Pick up will be between the hours of 6PM-Midnight.

Invoices and Payment

Invoices will be sent once the booking is confirmed. **We accept payment through Debit, Credit, Paypal, and Sezzle (if you need a payment plan).**

PAYING for your event reserves your date.

For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult. Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Please be respectful of our property. Please do not damage, destroy, or vandalize our signs. If part of the display is broken or stolen you will be responsible for replacement. The current replacement cost is $15 per piece.*

Please do not attach balloons or anything else to any part of the display. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we arrive. Please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground. WE WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $50 IF SIGNS ARE MOVED. We reserve the right to photograph your yard card and use it for marketing or any other purposes. (We will not show your address) All yard card setups include small advertising for Divine Designs. This may NOT be removed.*

REFUNDS 1. If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amounton credit for future booking date, based on our availability. 2. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms,hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds (more than 20MPH), winter weather and any other Act of God that would put US or our lawn display in harm's way. 3. No refunds will be given due to the client giving the wrong address. 4. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.*
