Contingency Removal Form

The Buyer shall conclusively be deemed to have the following:
1. Completed all Buyer's Investigations and review of reports and other related information and disclosure
2. Elected to proceed with the transaction
3. Assumed all liability, responsibility, and expense.


The Buyer agrees to remove the contingencies listed below:
