We have implemented health and safety measures for the protection of our clients and to prevent the further spread of COVID-19. These measures may affect your and may waive rights to privacy, likewise may affect your feel of pampering and luxury in visiting the salon. However, please understand that we have nothing but your best interest in mind. So during this time of crisis, we hope for your understanding in enforcing these strict protocols.
Here are the guidelines that guests must comply with until further notice:
- We encourage guests to schedule their appointment with us before visiting the salon. This is to ensure that the number of people is regulated within the premises and to prevent overcrowding, for the better practice of distancing.
- We require guests to wear masks during travel from home up to reach the salon. We may prohibit entry to any guest who fails to comply with this regulation.
- Upon entry, guests must sanitize their hands.
- Guests' temperature may be checked before entering the premises.
- Persons who are immunocompromised, including those who are senior of age, pregnant, and nursing women should consider the risks involved in visiting public places, including the salon to reduce exposure to COVID-19.
- We may refuse persons from entering whether or not he or she has an appointment with us if he or she shows any of the symptoms related to COVID-19, including but not limited to coughing, shortness of breath, loss of taste and/or smell, fever, runny nose, or flu-like symptoms.
- Guests will be required to wash their hands with soap as well upon entering the premises.
- Any food and drinks brought outside shall be prohibited for this time.
- Only persons with the appointment are allowed in the salon. Company of guests is not allowed to stay, including pets, kids, and infants.
- We shall log in every guests' entry and exit to the premises for purposes of contact tracing, in case one of our guests or our staff has been exposed to COVID-19.
- If a guest traveled outside of the country, the state, or has visited a city with a high COVID-19 infection rate, we recommend for them to stay at home for 14-days before scheduling an appointment with us.
Please note that these are subject to change at any time. We shall inform everyone through our social media accounts or your emails.
For your safety, we also make sure that the salon is properly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized periodically before the opening, during, and after closing.
We also have set in place acrylic safety partitions between our nail artists and guests.
