THANK YOU for sending me your Wishlist. This December launch is simply breathtaking amazing and I hope you love it as much as I do. Please note these important details:
1. Please send me your completed form by 4 PM CST on Wednesday, December 2nd so I can be organized & ready to enter orders at 8:00 PM.
2. I will need your payment info prior to placing the order. I will confirm your total for the Wishlist after your order is placed. Filling out this form means that you are commiting to pay for these items I order.
3. You have 30 days after receiving your clothes to return/exchange items.
4. Please make note at the bottom if you have a 2nd, 3rd, etc choice for items. Example: If Be The Difference Tee is sold out in a Medium grab the Large.
This will help me as I am quickly entering your items. If something sells out and there is no backup noted, you may not make it to promo level for the blanket. Please keep this in mind as you make your choices. Your backup choices can be items from the Matilda Jane website that are currently available.
