Alumni Leadership and Service Award Undergraduate Senior Commencement Nomination Form
Each year the College has the opportunity to recognize a graduating senior who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and service during his/her collegiate years at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.
Any undergraduate senior (Campus or Woods Online) who will graduate at the May 2021 Commencement is eligible.
Nominations will be accepted from any student, faculty, or staff member of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. Please take a few moments to nominate a deserving graduate student to receive the prestigious Alumni Leadership and Service Award given at commencement by the SMWC Alumni Association.
Nominations are due by March 31.
Incomplete nomination forms will not be accepted for consideration.
Each student nominated will be asked to submit a resume, and to complete a response nominee form that will be provided by the College. This information will assist the selection committee with their deliberations. The recipient will be announced at the May 2021 Commencement.
