Rules and Regulations
1) Maximum of 10 guests, including one's staff and children.
2) Immediate forfeiture of booking and bond when number of guests exceeds maximum of 10 people during stay.
3) Each guest, above 6 years old, should provide a certified swab antigen test, 2 days prior to date of arrival.
4) Rates (Minimum 2 nights)
*2 NIGHTS MINIMUM 70,000 PHP
*SUCCEEDING NIGHT/S after minimum 35,000 PHP/NIGHT
**BOND 35,000

*rates applicable to regular dates. Holidays, long weekends and high season have adjusted rates.
**Bond to be returned 24 hours after checkout
•Full payment including bond one week before booking date; cancellation fee 50% of full amount through bank transfer or PayPal.
•• Full payment includes minimum two night rate plus any additional nights plus bond.

••• Only upon full payment shall booking be considered confirmed . Cancellation fee is 50% of total number of nights. Bond shall be returned.

4) Staff Services
- Cleaning of room and common areas, including kitchen, pool, and garden.
- No cooking service but you may arrange with staff, with additional fee paid directly to them.
- Staff tips are welcome.
5) Amenities
- Saltwater pool with safety ledge all around.
- Lawn and garden (Feel free to bring own lawn games - frisbee, football, etc.)
- Wifi in indoor common areas.
- Main Kitchen
- Oven and stove

- Outdoor Grill
- 2 outdoor showers and stand-alone powder room.
- Parking for 4 cars; no parking allowed outside property.
- Pool loungers and outdoor dining furniture.
6. Accommodations *All beds and rooms are treated with UV Light and includes bed linen and pillows. *Feel free to bring your own.
- Bedroom 1: One King Size Bed
- Bedroom 2: Two Queen Size Bed
- Bedroom 2 Anteroom: One Full Size Bed
- Bedroom 3: Two Queen Size Bed
- Bedroom 3 Anteroom: One Full Size Bed
*All 3 bedrooms are ensuite.

8. Items to bring (Not available and may be difficult to procure in area. Strong suggest to pack items prior to trip).
- Towels - none available at villa so please ensure that this is packed and brought with you.

10. No smoking allowed in bedrooms and bathrooms.
11. No picking of flowers and vegetation in garden.
12. Check in time at 12 noon; check out time at 10 am.
