What time will your wedding reception start and how long do you expect it to last?

Where are the bride and groom getting ready?

Is hair and makeup team coming to you or are you going to a salon?

What time is your hair and makeup scheduled to start?

Do you plan on doing a first look?

*A first look is a moment before the wedding where the bride and groom see each other for the first time on the wedding day. It is usually pre-arranged with the wedding photographer in a private place away from friends and family to capture that moment just for them.

If so, do you know where you would like that to happen?

Do you have any restrictions on children attending the wedding?

If so, what is the age limit?

Do you have any “must-have” photographs? (Specific poses beyond what is typically captured on a wedding day. We do not guarantee any photographs, but we will make it a priority to capture the shots listed.)

Are there any specific rules to be aware of for your reception?

Are you doing a formal exit from the ceremony? If so, what type?

Ex. Exit music, light show, confetti.

Will there be any planned surprises such as a dance, gift exchange between the couple, a dedicated song etc.?

Are you having a sit down, buffet, or family-style dinner?

What are the bride’s parents’ names and what is their marital status?

What are the groom’s parents’ names and what is their marital status?

Are there any special family circumstances that i should be aware of? (divorces, deaths, dramas, etc)

Last but not least, do you prefer the wedding planner taking care of the cake and flower arrangements/centerpieces along with you or would you like to do that alone?
