I understand that work is subject to satisfactory references and security screening including a Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) if applicable to role.
The company includes RAMSS Ltd and CalvinHanks.co.uk and I undertake to cooperate with the company in providing any additional information required to meet these criteria.
I understand that works are on an as and when basis, on self employed, invoicing unless agreed otherwise. I understand that I am responsible for my own taxes. I understand that there is no obligation to offer work no for me to accept.
I authorise the company and its nominated agent to approach previous employers, schools/colleges, character referees or Government Agencies to verify that the information I have provided is correct.
I undertake to keep the company updated in a timely manner of any changes to my status, qualifications or licenses/certificates to practice.
I understand that if I attempt to solicit for work direct or to pass customer details to any other organisation for them to solicit work or a client engages me direct, a £5000 recruitment fee will be immediately payable by me to the company.
I understand any request from the client for future work must be referred back to the company.
I understand I must comply with social media, behaviour, conduct and uniform/dress policies and failure to do so will result in no further work being offered.

I understand that if I do not have a verifiable DBS on the update system I will be required to obtain a new DBS check at my expense.
I understand I may have to undertake training at my own expense to meet the requirements for my skills and work requirements

I accept that I may be required to undergo a medical examination where requested by the company.
