Proposed Tree Work Description.
We have identified a hazard tree on your property. We would like to remove it to avoid possible interruption to your electric service. To accomplish this we will: 1. Cut the tree down 2. Chip all branches 3. Remove all large wood within 10 days 4. Apply Herbicide NOTE: stump grinding is not included. We will make every attempt to cut the stump as low as possible.
