  • I, the undersigned, have inspected the above apartment prior to occupancy and accept it with the conditions noted. I am aware that upon vacating the unit, a Maintenance technician will walk the above mentioned unit to assess any damage. All damage that occurs during my tenancy will be charged to me.  Any damage within common areas of the apartment will be billed evenly to all occupants of the apartment.


    I further acknowledge that smoke alarms are in operational condition and that I am responsible for battery changes through my lease contract. Batteries and light bulbs are available at the office for pick-up as needed.  Work orders may be submitted for battery and light bulb replacements in hard to reach areas.
