Local law enforcement has always been a strong factor of my life. I grew up around the Stafford County Circuit Court. Days home from school sick were spent curled up under my mom's desk while she worked. Baliffs & officers were always a form of comfort for me. This isn't the case for a lot of children. A lot of times, the only time children see an officer is when something bad happens. At no fault to the officers, those children are scared. Our Scentsy team decided to focus on giving back to the local community in 2021 and our first mission was to donate NEW Scentsy Buddies to the local law enforcement agencies. With help from the community, we are focused on providing the officers with little comforting stuffed animals to keep in their patrol cars for when they run a call where juveniles are present. This little token of peace shows children that it's going to be okay and that the officers are there to help.
We as a team have a goal of donating at least 250 Scentsy Buddies to each of the 4 participating law enforcement agencies. That's a total of 1,000 Scentsy Buddies donated. Should you want to donate monetary donations instead of purchasing a buddy, feel free to notate that below. Our campaign will run from February 1st - 28th & we will deliver the buddies upon receipt the second week of March.
