Tailgate meeting
The safety tailgate meeting must be conducted upon arrival at each new work site by the lead climber or the most experienced member of the crew. Attention will be drawn to hazards, processes, equipment, tools, environment and materials to inform all workers of the risks in their surroundings and to plan a safe work strategy for the day.
