Shop policies:
1. Once your tumbler order has been placed, you agree that I do not accept returns or cancellations due to the nature that these are customized products.
2. Full payment is required in order to process your order and be placed on the production list. Turn around times will not begin until payment is received.
3. The current turn around time will be noted in my Instagram Bio. These are ranges and do not guarantee a specific date unless agreed upon. If you need a product by a specific date, please contact me to ensure that is possible. Any rush orders needed before the current turn around time are subject to a rush fee of $30
4. I will provide tracking information through email once your product is shipped. All products are inspected before shipping. If there is any damage during shipping please contact me and include pictures of the damaged packaging (if any) and products. Please contact me within 24 hours after the delivery of the item.
5. Please double check any spelling or grammar for any requested names or quotes. I am not responsible for any mistakes made on the customer's end.
6. All items are handmade and as a result, may contain slight imperfections. Designs and glitter may vary from cup to cup. Colors also vary in pictures due to lighting or display. Non-glittered cups may contain stray glitter. Just rest assured that I put in lots of love and care into each tumbler that I create.
7. To ensure the life of your tumbler please follow the care card instructions that are included. They can also be referred to in the " Tumbler Care" section in the Highlights section on my Instagram or below. The shop is not responsible for damage due to improper care.
Tumbler Care:
1. Hand wash only
2. Do not soak
3. Dry immediately
4. Not microwave safe
5. Not freezer safe
6. Do not drop.
7. Avoid leaving in extreme temperatures
8. Do not clean using alcohol or other harsh chemicals
A TOXIC FREE coat (Crystalac, which is a non-epoxy product) was used on this tumbler which will continue to harden over the next 30 days. Please handle with EXTRA care until the date provided on your tumbler care card.
Starbucks/Off-brand Reusable Hot & Cold Cups, and Acrylic Cups are not sealed (There is an add-on option for Acrylic Cups). I use a permanent vinyl which also requires the same care instructions stated above (1-8). Please take extra care when washing around the decals to prevent lifting of the vinyl. Cold cups are not safe for hot liquids.
Sublimation Tumblers are also not sealed. They require the same care instructions stated above (1-8).
