Request to Cover Cost (RCC)
Each Property Manager has up to £500 per year to cover errors or use as goodwill with a LL/TT if dispute raised, regardless of who is right or wrong. Sometimes, the time spent on debating something may exceed the cost of the item debated which would mean it is not worth debating. Explain it is a goodwill gesture only and not acceptance of fault. Use this form to complete if you need SPM to cover the cost.
