By submitting this form , you understand the time frame for a custom wig unit is from 5-14 Days , unless stated other wise. Please know your correct head circumference for all wig purchases. If you are purchasing a unit that is already complete, please allow 1 bussiness day before picking up. All wig purchasers are REQUIRED to fill out this form per unit purchased. This is a MANDATORY contract & must be completed before processing your order. Failure to complete this contract within 24 hours of the wig purchase, will AUTOMATICALLY terminate your wig order & you will be refunded. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS or EXCHANGES. All SALES Are FINAL !
