COVID-19 Proactive Participant Guidelines and Protocols

We are grateful for the opportunity for athletes to come together during the COVID-19 pandemic for competition. Several guidelines and protocols have been put in place to ensure the safety of directors, judges, athletes, coaches, and parents throughout the event.

    • If you are feeling sick, have any Covid symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid, PLEASE STAY HOME!  This is the easiest way to protect others.
    • Another great way to protect yourself and others is to avoid indoor gatherings without a mask.
    • Masks are required and must be worn over the nose and mouth.  Neck gaiters are not acceptable in place of a mask.  All masks must have earloops or head straps.
    • 1 guardian may accompany each athlete. This individual must be listed on the entry form and will be given a wristband at check-in.
    • Seating MUST be socially distanced. Once you are seated for the morning or afternoon session, you must stay in those seats for the remainder of the session.
    • A pre-event liability form will be emailed to all contestants and coaches. Completion will be checked before entrance is granted on the day of the competition.
    • Temperature screening at the door.
    • Everyone in masks at all times, including while a twirler is warming up and competing. Violators will be disqualified and asked to leave immediately.
    • The capacity for this event is 500 people at one time. Counts will be tracked at door.
The arena will be disinfected between morning and afternoon.
    • **A DETAILED COMMUNICATION WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SHARED PRIOR TO EVENT.**
