I acknowledge that I am purchasing products from Car Tuners. I understand that the parts of the vehicle to be installed are not compliant with Federal and State regulations or city ordinances and regulations. Thus, using the vehicles with these modifications or upgrades is not applicable for road use. I take full responsibility to ensure that anything worked on my vehicle shall be compliant to the applicable rules and regulations, particularly with regard to safety and emissions.
I acknowledge and declare that I have been made aware that the parts purchased or to be purchased are not worthy for public road use and may only be used for competitions such as racing or off-roading.
I hereby release, waive, hold harmless, and forever discharge the Car Tuning Company, its officers, directors, staff, affiliates, and assigns, from any liability, injury, damages, claims, expenses, or responsibility that may be caused or alleged to be caused, in whole or in part, by my action, fault, omission, failure, breach, or by condition by which this transaction may cause.
