Safari Virtual Baby Shower

Time: 2:00P - 3:00P

Where: Virtual via Zoom

Specialty Event Package Includes

- Invitation Design

- Planning and preparation of the event in coordination with the client

- Planning and preparation of 4 activies

- Guest list managment, providing guests with materials to use for activities as the baby shower

- Hosting of the shower for a duration of 1 hour

- additional services/requests available for a fee

Tentative Schedule

1:45P Meet with Client to answer questions and handle any technical difficulties

2:00P Allow guest into Zoom meeting / Icebreak as guest are entering

2:05 Introduce self and the guest of honor

2:06 Begin first activity

2:12 Open gifts

2:17 Begin second activity

2:22 Open more gifts

2:27 Begin third activity

2:32 Open gifts

2:37 Begin 4th activity

2:42 Open 1 final gift

2:45 Thank you and good bye

Expectations

Let's Get Jazzy Productions asks that you be vigilant in making sure you arrive at your meetings and consultations in a timely manner. If changes to the schedule occur please notify us as soon as possible.

Payment

Total Cost of event: $150

Retainer (Nonrefundable): $75

Final Payment due day of event prior to start

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 2 weeks or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 25% refund.

Rescheduling

In the event you must reschedule your event, you may do so within the same calendar year without having to pay an additional fee.
