Hello Tech Trep families!
We want you to have access to all of the information you need for testing. Please check below for reminders about what to bring with you as well as instructions for testing. We want this process to be as simple as possible for everyone! All students in grades 3-10th* need to sign up for a minimum of two different days to complete the ISAT test. *All 9th-grade students are allowed to take the official ISAT but it is optional for them. There is no time limit for any section of the ISAT tests. Each student will be completing 2 English tests and 2 math tests. The students are allowed to take both English tests on one day or both math tests on one day. Students in grades 5th and 8th grade will also have a science test to take. They are allowed to take it on the same day as either their English or their math tests or they can register for a 3rd day of testing. Due to guidelines set by the state of Idaho and the district, students will not be allowed to complete all of their ISAT testing in one day.

We will be meeting in: Building 5. Room 508 (computer lab).
Parking: You may park anywhere on campus. The closest parking to our classroom will be the parking lot on the east side of Campus (closest to the intersection of 25th and the entrance to the Ammon Walmart stoplight) Building 5 is the north building on that side of campus. Enter through the doors on the southeast side of the building. Room 508 (computer lab) should be right down the hall on the left side.

Picking up your students: Parents are welcome to leave and return at the end of the testing session. If all students in a family complete testing before the end of the session, we will notify parents by text or a phone call letting them know that they can return to pick up their students early. Parents are welcome to wait on campus in their cars or in the hallway near the computer lab. Please be sure that if you choose to wait that you and your family are respectful of the facility and wait quietly so as not to disturb the testing students or anyone else on campus.
Please bring the following for your student on testing day:
Headphones (Tech Trep Academy will have headphones to lend out if needed)
Water Bottle
Small snack
Book or something to do quietly if student finishes early
Student Instructions for Testing: Please have your student watch this OR read the written version before testing. Because students don't all arrive at the same time, it is challenging to give all of the instructions multiple times. It will help us if the students hear/read the instructions before entering the classroom for testing. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your testing time to check-in.
