    PLEASE NOTE:IF WANTING TO CAMP BEHIND YOUR OUTSIDE SITE, NOTIFICATION TO DO SOMUST BE INDICATED AT TIME OF APPLICATION, AND WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SPACE STEWARD IF ALLOWED. NO OTHER CAMPING IS ALLOWED IN THE SHOWGROUNDS.

  • INSIDE SITE: The inside site cost is calculated at $40.00 per/m of frontage. Depth allowed per site is 3m. 

    TRADE PASSES: Sites will be allocated 2 x Trade Passes valid for both days (Single entry only) Extra passes can be purchased at $10 each with 'ADD ON: Extra Passes'.

    PLEASE NOTE: Ensure to select the 'ADD ON: Power' for your site if required.

    POWER: $10.00 per/day per/connection (Single phase) 

    Please carefully select quantity by taking into account the days and also multiple connections you require.

  • OUTSIDE SITE REQUIREMENTS

  • GENERAL SITE: $35.00 per/m (Frontage) Depth allowed per site is 4m. Anything over 4m Depth will be charged at $15.00 per m.

    NOTE: Frontage & Depth MUST include towbars, awnings & vehicles parked behind sites

    FOOD VENDOR SITES: $45.00 per/m (Frontage) Depth allowed as per General Site.

    NOTE: Frontage & Depth MUST include towbars, awnings & vehicles parked behind sites

      • SITE HOLDER TERMS and CONDITIONS

        1. CANCELLATION: FOUR WEEKS' PRIOR NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR A DEPOSIT REFUND.

        2. ELECTRICAL LEADS FOR COMMERCIAL SITES & PRIVATE DWELLINGS/LIVING QUARTERS: Must be tested and have a current tag to meet the requirements of the Australian /New Zealand standard. AS/ VZS 3002.2008 Electrical Installations for Shows & Carnivals.

        4. DOUBLE ADAPTORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED.

        3. POWER BOARDS: Must be of approved external industrial quality.

        5. SITE: The Show Society reserves the right to a final decision on all site applications.

        6. RESPONSIBILITY: The Yeppoon Show Society will not be responsible for any accident or incident that may be caused through or by any merchandise or food of site holders. It shall be a condition of approval that each site holder shall hold the Society blameless and indemnified against legal proceedings from such incidents or accidents.

        7. SECURITY: The Yeppoon Show Society will provide roving security on Friday and Saturday nights.

        8. SET UP & PULL DOWN:

        SET UP of all sites MUST BE COMPLETED by 9 pm on Friday June 4th, 2021.

        Pavilion for Inside sites will be available from 8 am on Thursday June 3rd, 2021.

        All sites MUST REMAIN for the full two days of the Show.

        Access for VEHICLES TO RESTOCK SITES will be available from 6 am to 7 am Saturday & Sunday, June 5th & 6th, 2021.

        PULL DOWN of stalls MUST NOT START until 4.30pm on Sunday June 6th, 2021.

        Show is open from 8 am to 9 pm Saturday, June 5th & 8 am to 5 pm Sunday, June 6th, 2021.

        9. SITE BOUNDARY: All tables, signs and products MUST REMAIN INSIDE the boundary of your siteperimeter. (E.G. If you have a 6 X 3m site then EVERYTHING must be within that area of 6 X 3m

        10. BANNED ITEMS: Any person/s found to be selling and / or in possession of, any items listed on the Banned Items List will have the items confiscated for the duration of the Show. If this is not adhered to they will be asked to leave the Showgrounds.

        11. FIRE: Precautions will be taken to guard against fire and to protect the property at the Show, but siteholders will NOT be insured at the cost of the Show Society.

        PAYMENT OF SITE FEES WITH POWER & EXTRA DEPTH COVERS YOUR SITE, CAMPING, AND POWER FROM FRI TO SUN OF THE SHOW ONLY.

        IF ON GROUND PRIOR TO OR AFTER THE SHOW ADDITIONAL POWER AND CAMPING COSTS WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY AT $10 PER DAY.
