Heritage Sweets Cupcake Policies:
I will contact you within 2 business days to discuss your design, and then you will receive an invoice within 24 hours. Payment must be received to book your date. Once the cupcakes are picked up they are your responsibility to keep safe. They may be fragile so they should be handled with care. Heritage Sweets does not offer refunds, but we know life happens so we do our best to be flexible. You may reschedule your pick up date or cancel your order for credit up to two weeks prior to your pick up date for a fee of 20% of your order cost (capped at $50). Orders must be picked up at the time agreed upon.
COVID Considerations:
I provide contactless pickup. In order to ensure the freshness and safety of your cupcakes, it is essential to pick up your cupcakes on time.
