The Earth Shaker, through Internals Committee, conducts a Performance Evaluation to assess how effectively the members are fulfilling their responsibilities and contributing to the accomplishment of organizational goals. It also serves as the member's report card about their assessment of themselves, and to the division or committee, they belong.
To be specific, the following are the purpose of the evaluation:
1. The leaders of the organization can provide consistent feedback on a member's strengths and strive for improvement in the areas that the members need to work on.
2. The evaluation helps in improving communication, which usually leads to better and more accurate team metrics and, thus, improved performance results.
3. The evaluation improves the way a division or a committee achieves higher levels of member satisfaction.
Reminders for the evaluation:
1. The performance evaluation will be conducted every quarter of the year. (March, June, September, and December)
2. The performance evaluation will start on March 8, 2021 (Monday) to March 13, 2021 (Saturday)
3. The results will be posted on March 21, 2021 (Sunday).
4. All members are REQUIRED to participate in the evaluation.
