I (print full name) it's agents and assigns, to post my photos, personal story, or other items on all B/ACE Magazine social media and marketing outlets referred to as "Materials.'
hereby grant permission to B/ACE Magazine,
I hereby release B/ACE Magazine representatives, employees, managers, members, officers, partner companies, subsidiaries, and directors from all claims and demands in connection with any use of said "Materials.' This includes without limitation all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement on my right of publicity, defamation, and any other personal and/or property rights.
I acknowledge and agree that no payment whatsoever will be due to me as a result of the use of the "Materials" or any rights therein.
I hereby acknowledge that in the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show of a scheduled photoshoot, I will be held responsible for all fees incurred. (ex. photographer, make-up artist, wardrobe, etc *Any cancellations made within less than 1 week before the photoshoot will be considered a no-show.
