In this step, you will either fill out the Information Gathering Form or create a PDF document based on and/or including your existing resume. This will provide us with all the background information necessary to start your project.

A project will not begin until the Information Gathering Process is complete.

If you are unable to complete the information gathering process on your own, contact us to set up a phone interview and we will assist you.

Customers who qualify for income-based services are given the opportunity to choose what they pay for their document services based on what they can afford, with a minimum of $10 in place.

Rebound Resume aims to give low-income and at-risk applicants the same competitive advantage in the job market as those who are able to spend more on their job-seeking activities.

Low-income customers get the same document package as full-price customers. Document preparation can take up to 30 days.

Workshop participents may complete this form before or after workshop attendance. Projects for workshop participants will not begin until after the workshop takes place.

There is no limit to the number of documents that can be uploaded, but only PDF files will be accepted.

Contact us if you need help creating a PDF document with all your information. We can do a file type conversion, if that's the issue, or an agent will set up a phone or Zoom interview and create one for you based on the conversation. Agents who help with information gathering are usually volunteers, not hiring professionals or resume writers, and will not give any feedback or advice during an information gathering session.

What date do you need to have your documents by? Document packages take 3 to 5 days to complete, requests for documents sooner than 3 days from today will be denied.

Any sort of proof your oppertunity has a deadline. A screenshot or photo is usually fine. If you do not have this right now, you may submit your request and email documentation as soon as possible. Any delay in providing documentation may delay your project start (and completion) date.
