When de Posted Workers Notification (PWN) is submitted (we do this through an on-line notification portal), the contact person of the service recipient company receives an e-mail that will be sent out through this notification portal with the request to verify the submitted PWN. This contact person must then approve or reject the PWN within 5 days through their own account in this portal.
This contact person should deny the PWN if the notification needs to be amended/corrected, for example if the start and/or end date of the posting as mentioned on the submitted PWN is wrong.
If this contact person rejects the notification we will have to amend the notification and resubmit.
If the submitted PWN is correct, the contact person can approve. The notification is then complete.
